What We Do

  • Since 2002, the objective of BPC is to assist companies primarily but not exclusively in the medical devices field to significantly improve the growth of their sales and profits, focusing on international operations
  • The approach used is to work with clients in developing a strategic plan and the key action steps to implement it. BPC then assists its clients in implementing the agreed upon new strategic and action plans
  • BPC, based in Chicago, produces results for its clients, and is compensated by a success fee arrangement (e.g. percentage of incremental international sales over a certain time period plus a small initial monthly retainer)
